Labor and Travel Rates |
| Hourly Rate: | $95 per hour (1 hour minimum) |
| Overtime Rate: | Will be charged at time and one half regular hourly rate |
| Saturday Rate: | Will be charged at twice regular rate |
| Sunday & Holiday Rate: | Will be charged at twice regular rate |
| Travel Rate: | $60 per hour |
| Travel Weekend Rate | $90 per hour |
| Unless other arrangements are made, Travel and Subsistence are the customer's responsibility. These charges include: Airfare; Hotel expenses; All other transportation (car rental, taxi, train, etc.); and Miscellaneous travel-related expenses. |

Field Service Definitions |
| Standard Service: | An engineer will be on your site within 3 to 5 working days after your request. |
| Next Day Service: | An engineer will be on your site the day after your request.
Next day service will be charged at overtime rate.
With the standard and next day services, we will try to have an engineer on your site by 11:00 am. However, due to road travel conditions, this will not always be possible to guarantee. |
| Same Day Service: | Dependent upon the time of the request and your location, as well as road travel conditions, we will ensure that an engineer is on your site the same day as your request.
Same day service will be charged at the weekend rate. |
